Oversaw development of a district-wide Social Media Engagement Policy and Appendix of Best Practices, establishing scalable professional standards for administrative and building-level social media use aligned with the district's "Tradition of Opportunities" mission. Directed strategic deliverables including custom Canva templates for consistent visual branding across platforms, platform-specific optimization strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter/X, and comprehensive staff training roadmaps featuring curated professional resources (HubSpot Academy) and Meta Advertising protocols for targeted parent and community engagement. Supervised creation of an inclusive engagement plan prioritizing transparency and student achievement celebration through unified district voice.
